Guests are allowed to cancel their reservation free of charge up to seven (7) days prior to their scheduled arrival, specifically by 2:00 pm on the date seven (7) days before their arrival. If a cancellation occurs within this seven-day period, the full amount of the reservation will be charged, regardless of the number of rooms booked. This policy is uniformly applied to all reservations, including those made during special weekend events or for groups of any size. Group reservations cancellation policy is 30 days from the date of arrival, if your within the 30 days (timeframe)100% of reservation will be charged.

No refunds on early departure for any reason.

Please note that prices are subject to change without notice. However, once a reservation has been made, the price for that reservation is locked in and will not be affected by any subsequent rate changes.

Be aware that rates may increase during the month of October and on Holiday Weekends. The current tax rate applied to all reservations is 11.75%. Additionally, there is a two-night minimum stay requirement for weekends in October and Holiday Weekends.

For credit card payments, please note that an additional 3.5% fee will be applied. We offer a 5% cash discount “only” if you book directly thru us or our website. 

Reservations that are made through a 3rd party booking company MUST be made with a valid phone number and credit card number.  Otherwise, The Charleston Inn will not be able to honor your requested room reservation(s).

Pre-arrival Information

Check-in: Early check-in is 2:00 PM otherwise 3:00PM – 6:00 PM  |  Checkout: 11:00 AM.  If you are arriving after 6 PM, please call prior to your stay for special arrangements.

Complimentary WIFI: Stay connected with free WIFI access throughout the Inn.

Social Hour Delight: Join us on Fridays and Saturdays (March through December) for a special social hour from 5pm-6pm only.

Extra Comfort: Additional pillows and blankets are available upon request.

Breakfast at Arabella’s: Kickstart your day with a delicious breakfast. Ask front desk for details!

Smoke-Free Facility: Our commitment to a healthy environment means our facility is completely smoke-free.

Parking Options: Take advantage of our limited free parking on a first-come, first-serve basis. Nearby paid parking is also available.

Entertainment: Enjoy the convenience of flat-screen Smart TVs in each guest room.

Family Friendly Inn– A place to unwind, enjoy & relax with your family. (Some of our rooms can accommodate up to 4 people, a fee of $50 for any extra person). Room Rate price is based on 2 people

Essential Amenities: Irons, ironing boards and hair dryers.

Pet-Free Policy: Please note that our facility does accommodate pets under 30 lbs. Must provide a photo(emailed to [email protected]) upon booking and copy of updated shots records. We have select pet friendly rooms(call us before booking) $50 pet fee no charge for service animals
