Please note that seven (7) days notice is required for all cancellations. No refunds are issued if the cancellation occurs within the seven (7) day period prior to your scheduled arrival date. There are no refunds for early departures. Prices may increase the month of October and Holiday Weekends. The current tax rate is 11.75%. Weekends in October and Holiday Weekends have a 2 night minimum.

Reservations that are made through a 3rd party booking company MUST be made with a valid phone number and credit card number. Otherwise, The Charleston Inn will not be able to honor your requested room reservation(s).
