Important Policies

Our Current 2023 Policies – Updated 08 SEP 2023

Guests can cancel up to seven (7) days before 2:00 pm on their arrival date. Cancellations within seven (7) days of the reservation 100% of the total reservation will be charged.  Reservations that are part of a group of three or more rooms and/or part of a special weekend event and canceled within fourteen (14) days of arrival will be charged for the full reservation. Group cancellations outside the thirty (30) day policy will be charged 10% of the total reservation. Prices may increase the month of October and Holiday Weekends. The current tax rate is 11.75%. Weekends in October and Holiday Weekends have a 2 night minimum.

Please add 3.5% for credit cards; 5% cash discount ONLY when you book directly with the Inn (excludes special offers).

Reservations that are made through a 3rd party booking company MUST be made with a valid phone number and credit card number.  Otherwise, The Charleston Inn will not be able to honor your requested room reservation(s).

Check-in: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM  |  Checkout: 11:00 AM.  If you are arriving after 6 PM, please call prior to your stay for special arrangements.
